Oh yes, Pat, you definitely made my day! The therapy has a name, so I’ll ask the friend and let you know, as well as what I think of the book – the other comments were so appealing I can only imagine it will be terrific! I’ve already put a two titles mentioned in the comments on hold – never thought I would win! Yipee! Thanks for the tips on where to get the books – I am a bargain hunter!
